After discussion regarding aspects & requirements, Ill provide a verbal estimated cost range, if accepted, I can proceed to provide a quotation,

Due to time required, complexity, technical nature of New & Existing Systems, it is necessary to determine many factors, Some data may require further research offsite.
Once all required data is obtained, proceed to do a quotation and design a system,
Calculate flow
- Pressure
- Elevation levels
- Water volume and availability
- Friction losses for pipes & fittings, flow velocities
- Pump performance data
- Electrical wiring data
- Controller capacity
- Select appropriate materials accordingly to ensure an efficient, cost effective quality system.

Charged: Preliminary site evaluation / Travel / Office technical / Service work
On-site: may require data
- Water: Availability, sources, volumes, quality
- Pump data: Flow rates, pressures, elevations
- Pump controls: Type and settings
- Pipe mains and sub mains: Sizes and types, distances, friction losses for pipes & fittings, flow velocities
- Sprinklers: Types and nozzles and quantities per zone
- Irrigation controller: Type, available expansion capability
- Wiring: Size cable for voltage drop, distance, expansion capacity
- Electrical power supply, electrical devices / units
- Valves: Types, sizes, locations
- Land data: measurements, elevations, soil/ rock content, terrain, Locations for all existing pipe work and infrastructure
Off-site: may require data
- Office Technical: Pump data, Ancillary data, Bore report, water quality testing
New systems: Non Charged: accepted Quotations.

- Determine all of the new system requirements, specifications and other important details to meet customer’s needs.
- Water: availability, sources, volumes, quality
- Land data: measurements, elevations, soil/ rock content, terrain, Locations for all existing pipe work and infrastructure

Mansfield Irrigation will not provide free of charge services for designing and specifying design elements (pumps and equipment) & information regarding systems,
If a client wishes to have a system designed or pumps and equipment specified (with a cad drawing) they may obtain contact information from the irrigation Australia website which lists all certified designers,
Mansfield Irrigation does not provide on quotations, hydraulic system calculations, design aspects, itemized materials due to the complexity of quality of products and workmanship, which can be misinterpreted by the customer when comparing with competitors,
Some business may not have or may not take into considerations the information mentioned above, resulting in unsatisfactory system performance
